Hire service providers the way procurement expects.

One brief to several matched providers, evidence you can file, receipts with your GSTIN, and a managed shortlist with its fees agreed before any work starts. Built for businesses that buy agency, IT and media work more than once.

On request

  • NDAs before you share a brief
  • Group plans for several companies in one group

What your team gets

Every line below is something Few Found does today.

  • One brief, several matched providers

Describe the work once and get matched with providers whose services fit. Your brief stays members-only by default: signed-in providers who can apply see it, it is never on the public board or in search engines, and you can choose to publish it.

  • A managed shortlist, priced before work starts

Ask us to research the market for you. We send a proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed fee first, plus any variable fee per agreed event, set out in full; work starts only after you accept it. Each shortlisted provider comes with what we checked, where and its limits.

  • Verification records you can file

A Verified provider has a public record: four parts decided by a person, each with a dated line on how we know. Download a vendor summary for your supplier file, or look any record up by its ID.

  • Registration numbers, honestly labelled

GSTIN, CIN or LLPIN and Udyam numbers are recorded as the provider gives them. We check their format and the GSTIN check digit; we do not look them up in a government registry, and the record says so.

  • Screened messages on the platform

Talk to providers through Few Found. Messages are screened for spam, scams and abuse before they are delivered, and contact details are shared only when you choose to.

  • A receipt for every payment

Every payment to Few Found comes with a tax invoice or receipt you can download, with your company name and GSTIN on it once you add them to your billing details.

  • Providers never pay per lead

Providers never pay to see or answer your brief, so the ones who reply chose to because the work fits.

Look up a record by its ID on the verification lookup, and read how we check.

A managed shortlist, step by step

A request is free and is not a purchase. Every fee is set out in the proposal before any work starts.

  1. 1

    Send a request

Free and with no commitment. Tell us the work, the market and what a provider must be able to show.

  2. 2

    Receive a proposal

We check whether we can do it well, then send the scope, timeline, a fixed fee and any variable fee, and what happens if we fall short.

  3. 3

    We research

Work starts only after you accept the proposal and the agreed fee is received.

  4. 4

    Get a private shortlist

Each provider with why they fit, what we checked and where, the limits of those checks, and how to reach them.

A proposal may also include a variable fee per agreed event, for example each source you accept. It applies only when the proposal shows it and you accept it, and the proposal says exactly what counts, for how long, how it is invoiced and how a disputed event is settled.

What we do not promise

  • A shortlist is research, not a promise: we do not guarantee that a provider accepts your work or what results they deliver.
  • Registration numbers are format-checked, not confirmed with a government registry.
  • A verification record shows what a person checked and when; it is not an endorsement or a guarantee of results.
  • We never contact a candidate on your behalf until you have agreed what we may say.

How lists are ordered: Verified providers are listed first. Verification comes with the paid Pro plan and a person decides it: the fee pays for the review, never the result, and is refunded if we don’t approve. Sponsored places are always marked "Sponsored". Nothing else about the order can be paid for. The full order.
