Refunds and cancellations

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Nothing on Few Found renews or charges automatically, so there is never a subscription to cancel. Listing your company, sending a quote request, posting a brief and asking for a shortlist are free. These are the rules for what is paid for; the Terms have the full text.

1. The Pro plan (verification)

  • The Pro plan is $20 a year for one person, $249 for a team of up to 5 people or $449 for 6 or more, charged as a fixed ₹1,999, ₹21,999 or ₹39,999. It pays for a review by a person, never for approval.
  • Not approved: the fee is refunded in full. The refund starts automatically when the decision is made.
  • Withdrawn later: a verification withdrawn after approval (because standards slipped, evidence proved false or the mark was misused) is not refunded; the fee paid for the review that approved it.
  • Renewal is a separate payment you choose to make; nothing is charged when a year ends. See Terms §5.
  • An offer costs nothing until you accept and pay it, and you can decline it.
  • A booking is prepaid for fixed dates (at most 366 days) and is never renewed automatically.
  • If Few Found cancels a booking or stops showing a place through no fault of yours, we refund the price of the days it did not show, pro rata.
  • If your account is suspended for breaking the Terms, or you make your profile private, the place stops showing and is not refunded.
  • See Terms §7.

3. Managed shortlists

A shortlist request is free. If we can help, the proposal sets a fixed fee and what happens if we fall short: a replacement, an extension, a credit or a refund. A proposal may also include a variable fee per agreed event, for example each source you accept. It applies only when the proposal shows it and you accept it, and the proposal says exactly what counts, for how long, how it is invoiced and how a disputed event is settled. Nothing is charged until you accept the proposal. See Terms §8.

4. Source Discovery

Source Discovery is not on sale at the moment; this applies to orders already placed. If we do not deliver at least three unique prospects that match the markets and provider types in your brief by the due date, you get a full refund. Request it from your order page once the due date passes, or email us. Cashfree returns the money to your original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 business days.

5. Enterprise agreements

Group plans and other enterprise arrangements follow the refund terms in their written agreement.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree, our payment partner. Banks usually show them within 5–7 business days.

7. Asking for a refund

The refund for a verification that is not approved starts on its own; we start the others when we cancel a booking or settle a proposal. If you think a refund is owed and has not arrived, write to [email protected] with your order or receipt number, or use the contact form. A person replies.
