How can we help?

Short answers for service providers and businesses: getting listed, Pro and payments, verification, quotes and your numbers.

Getting started

  • How do I list my company for free?

Sign up as a service provider and fill in your profile. The Free plan puts you in the Few Found directory straight away, shown as "Not verified", with up to 3 portfolio projects. Businesses can then find you and send you quote requests.

    1. Press "Sign up" and choose what describes you: agency or service firm, media company, or creator.
    2. Add your company name, services and the places you work in.
    3. Add up to 3 portfolio projects so businesses can see your work.
    4. Keep your profile public so it shows up in search.
    Sign up free
  • Which account type should I choose?

Pick the one that describes what you do. Agency or service firm: marketing, creative, IT and software. Media company: publishers, ad platforms and media owners. Creator: creators, influencers and freelancers. Business: you hire service providers. If you picked the wrong one, write to us.

    Choose an account type
  • I am a business. How do I find a service provider?

Use "Get matched": say what you need in your own words and see the providers that fit, with the facts behind each one. Then ask them for a quote or post a brief. Getting matched, asking for quotes and posting a brief are free.

    1. Open "Get matched" and describe the work.
    2. Compare the providers it shows: verification, reviews and portfolio.
    3. Press "Get a quote" on the ones you like, or post a brief for everyone who fits.
    Get matched
  • How do I post a brief?

A brief tells providers what you need. We tell the ones that match, and their applications arrive in your dashboard under "Your requests". You need a free business account.

    1. Open "Post a brief".
    2. Describe the work, who can apply and by when.
    3. Read the applications in your dashboard and reply to the ones you like.
    Post a brief
  • How are providers ordered in lists?

Verified providers are listed first, and verification comes with the Pro plan. After that, providers with the most work confirmed on Few Found come first. Sponsored places can sit above the list on category, city and search pages: they are always marked "Sponsored", there are at most 3 on a page, and never on Top 10 lists. Verification, reviews and Top 10 lists are never sold.

Plans and payments

  • Which plans are there?

Free: a listing in the directory, shown as not verified. Pro Individual and Pro Team: $20 a year for one person, $249 for a team of up to 5 people or $449 for 6 or more, the same in every country, for verification by a person and the full profile. Enterprise: for groups with several companies, by request. Sponsored places are sold separately, also by request.

  • What do I get with Pro?

A verification review by a person at Few Found and, when approved, the verified mark, a public verification record with the four-part seal, a certificate and an embeddable badge. Pro also gives you up to 12 portfolio projects, a rate card of up to 12 lines, up to 10 results, the comparison with similar providers, 26 weeks of graphs and CSV export. • How does payment work, and why am I charged in rupees?

Pro costs $20 a year for one person, $249 for a team of up to 5 people or $449 for 6 or more in every country. Our payment gateway, Cashfree, only takes Indian rupees, so everyone is charged a fixed ₹1,999, ₹21,999 or ₹39,999. Banks outside India may add a small currency conversion fee. You can pay by UPI or by debit or credit card, and you need a mobile number so your bank can confirm the payment.

    1. Choose Pro on the pricing page.
    2. Pay at checkout by UPI or card.
    3. Fill in your verification application right after paying.
    Go to pricing
  • Where do I get a receipt or a GST invoice?

Receipts and tax invoices are emailed after every payment, and you can download them any time under Payment & Billing in your settings. Add your legal name, GSTIN and billing address there before paying: they appear from your next payment, and documents already issued do not change.

    1. Open Settings, then Payment & Billing.
    2. Fill in your legal name, address and GSTIN (optional) and save.
    3. Use "Download receipt" or "Download invoice" next to a payment.
    Open Payment & Billing
  • Can I get a refund?

If your verification application is not approved, your Pro fee is refunded in full to the original payment method. The refund starts automatically, and banks usually show it within 5 to 7 business days. A verification withdrawn after approval is not refunded. The refunds page has every rule, including sponsored places.

    Read the refund rules
  • Does Pro renew automatically?

No. Nothing on Few Found renews or charges automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. You can renew from 30 days before your verification expires, as a separate payment you choose to make. A renewal is a new check by a person; when it is approved, a new year is added on top of the time you have left. If it is not approved, the renewal fee is refunded.

    Renew verification
  • We are a group with several companies. What should we choose?

Enterprise. Tell us about your group and our team replies by email with an offer: verification for each company or brand you own, one contract and one invoice, and volume pricing.

    Ask about Enterprise
  • Can I pay to appear at the top?

Yes, with a sponsored place at the top of a category page, a city page or search. It is always marked "Sponsored", at most 3 share a page, and they never appear on Top 10 lists. A sponsored place never changes anyone's verification, reviews or place in a Top 10 list. Our team sends you an offer; you accept and pay online, and see views and clicks in your dashboard.

Verification

  • What does a person check before verifying us?

The four parts of the seal: Client delivery, Team and capability, Registration and tax and Commercial transparency. Automated checks prepare a report for the reviewer, but a person at Few Found decides each part, and you are verified only when all four are met.

    1. Client delivery: The work happened and was delivered: contract or invoice excerpts, campaign data, and clients Few Found contacted.
    2. Team and capability: The people and skills behind the services offered.
    3. Registration and tax: Company registration and GST or MSME records, checked by a person from documents.
    4. Commercial transparency: Fee structure, contract terms and any conflicts disclosed to Few Found.
    Read how we check
  • How do I apply for verification?

Choose Pro and pay; the application opens right after. It follows the four parts of the seal, and you can come back to it from your dashboard. We aim to contact you within a few business days of receiving it.

    1. Pay for Pro at checkout.
    2. Add links to delivered work and at least one client reference who can confirm you worked together.
    3. Describe your team and the services you offer.
    4. Add your registration numbers (GSTIN, CIN or Udyam) if you have them.
    5. Say how you charge, your usual contract terms and any conflicts of interest, then submit.
    Get verified
  • Does paying for Pro guarantee approval?

No. Verification is earned: Pro pays for a review by a person, never for approval or leads. If the application is not approved, the fee is refunded in full.

  • What happens if we are not approved?

Your Pro fee is refunded in full to the original payment method, automatically; banks usually show it within 5 to 7 business days. Your profile stays listed on the Free plan, shown as not verified. Once the refund is issued you can apply again from your dashboard.

    See your verification status
  • How long does verification last?

One year from the verification date. The expiry date is shown on your public record, and we remind you before it expires. When it lapses, the verified mark stops showing until you renew and the renewal is approved.

    Renew verification
  • How do I check whether a provider is really verified?

Enter their Verification ID on the certificate check page. It shows whether the verification is valid today, its four-part seal and its history.

    Check a certificate

Quotes and leads

  • How do I ask a provider for a quote?

Press "Get a quote" on their profile. It is free; you need a business account, and the form takes a minute. Your request becomes the first message of a conversation with the provider.

    1. Open the provider's profile and press "Get a quote".
    2. Pick the service, your budget and when you want to start.
    3. Describe what you need in a few sentences and press "Send request".
    4. Follow it under "Your requests"; you can withdraw it while it is open.
    Your requests
  • How do I answer a quote request?

Open Leads and reply in the conversation. When the work is decided, mark the request Won or Lost. If it is not for you, press "Decline…" and we pass a polite note to the business. A decline counts as a reply.

    1. Open Leads in your dashboard.
    2. Open the request and reply in the conversation.
    3. Mark it Won or Lost, or decline it with a short reason.
    Open Leads
  • What is the lead inbox?

Leads is where providers see the quote requests businesses sent them and their applications to briefs. Each request shows where it stands: New, Replied, Won, Lost, Declined or Withdrawn.

    Open Leads
  • Why does my profile show how often I reply?

After you have had a few quote requests, your profile shows how many you answered and how fast, for example "Answered 4 of 5, usually within a day". It counts the last six months. Requests a business withdrew before you answered are left out. Replying to every request, even to decline, keeps it high.

    Answer open requests
  • Where do I find briefs to apply to?

Businesses post briefs on the brief board. Open one that fits and apply; your applications appear under Leads. Turn on "Briefs that match you" in your notification settings to get an email when a new one matches your profile.

Growth tools and performance

  • How do I show my prices (rate card)?

Add a rate card under Growth tools: each line is a deliverable with a from-price, the unit and the turnaround. It shows on your public profile so businesses know what to expect before they ask. Free shows up to 3 lines, Pro up to 12.

    Open Growth
  • How do I show results we got for clients?

Add results under Growth tools: the metric, the before and after, the period and a link to proof. They show on your public profile, labelled as stated by you; Few Found checks evidence only through verification. Free shows up to 2 results, Pro up to 10.

    Open Growth
  • How do I show my audience (creators and media)?

Creators and media companies can add audience facts under Growth tools: platform, followers, average views, engagement, top countries and age band. They are in both Free and Pro.

    Open Growth
  • Can I set monthly goals?

Yes. Under Growth tools, set a monthly goal for profile visits, quote requests and reply time, and follow your progress on a bar. Goals are in both Free and Pro.

    Set goals
  • Where do I see how my profile is doing?

The Performance page shows your work performance bar (only you see it), weekly graphs of profile visits, quote requests and replies, and plain suggestions on what to do next. Free shows 8 weeks of graphs; Pro shows 26 weeks and every suggestion.

    Open Performance
  • What is the weekly performance email, and how do I turn it off?

Once a week we email providers who have it on what changed on their profile and the one thing to do next. It is only sent when there is something to say. Pro members also get their report as a CSV file and the comparison with similar providers.

    1. Open Settings, then Notifications & Privacy.
    2. Switch off "Weekly performance report".
    3. Press "Save Preferences".
    Notification settings
  • How do I compare with similar providers?

With Pro, the Performance page compares your numbers with listed providers in your main category: yours, the middle, the top quarter and how many you do better than. Other providers stay anonymous, and a number is only compared when there are enough similar providers.

    Open Performance
  • Can I export my numbers?

With Pro, download your numbers as a CSV file from the Performance page, or press "Email me this report" to have it sent to your account's own email address.

Your account

  • How do I choose which emails I get?

Open Settings, then Notifications & Privacy. You can switch the weekly summary, briefs that match you, verification updates, platform announcements and the weekly performance report on or off. Receipts and tax invoices are always emailed after a payment.

    Notification settings
  • How do I hide my profile or get a copy of my data?

Under Notifications & Privacy, set your profile to private: it no longer shows up in search and its page is not available. A sponsored place stops showing while your profile is private. On the same page, "Request a copy" emails us for a copy of your data.

    Privacy settings
  • How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Account & Security, and press "Delete My Account". Your account is deactivated at once, your profile is hidden and you are signed out; you cannot sign in again. Everything is permanently deleted after 15 days.

    1. Open Settings, then Account & Security.
    2. Press "Delete My Account".
    3. Enter your password to confirm.
