Put proof in your proposal

For agencies, publishers and creators: a one-page proof section that answers the buyer’s doubts before they ask.

Why buyers skip to this page

A buyer reading five proposals is looking for the reason to say no. Give them the evidence they would otherwise have to chase: who did the work, for whom, with what result, and how they can check.

The template

Template
Similar work: [client or anonymised client, market, what you did, dates]
The result: [the number, the period, and where it came from]
Who will do the work: [names, roles, links]
A client you can call: [name, role, how to reach them, with their permission]
How we charge: [fee model, what is included, any third-party payments]
Check us: [your Few Found verification link, if you have one]

Make it checkable

  • Link the source for every number, or say plainly that it is internal data.
  • Ask your reference first, and tell them who may call.
  • Name conflicts before the buyer finds them.
