Guide · for affiliates

Turn a good affiliate programme into a review the next one can read

Every new programme asks the same questions. A review from an affiliate manager who already approved you answers them. Who to ask and what to send.

Why a manager’s review helps

Affiliate managers worry about made-up sites, brand bidding and coupon leaks, and anyone can now build a convincing site with AI in an afternoon. A few lines from a manager who has seen your traffic and your disclosure for months answer more than a pitch can. On Few Found, the manager you invite confirms you worked together before they write, and a person at Few Found reads every review before it appears.

Who to ask

  • Managers of programmes where you have been active for a few months and followed the terms.
  • The manager’s work email, not a network’s generic inbox.
  • Programmes in different verticals, so the next manager sees range.

Send a short note before the invitation

Few Found sends the review link from your workspace. Tell the manager it is coming.

Template
Hi [first name], I have enjoyed working on [programme]. I am collecting reviews from programmes I work with on my Few Found page, so new brands can see how I work. Would you write a few lines? A private link will come from Few Found: sign in with this email and confirm we work together. It takes about three minutes, and honest is best.

Rules to keep

In August 2024 the US Federal Trade Commission adopted a final rule on fake reviews and testimonials. A summary, not legal advice: never offer a higher commission, a bonus or anything else in return for a positive review; never write reviews of your own site under another name; and keep your affiliate disclosure next to every link, as the brands you work with expect.

Then use it

  • Add your Found page link to every programme application, where it asks for your website or notes.
  • When you are ready, Few Found Verified goes further: a person checks the evidence behind your site and traffic.
